RULES & CONSTITUTION
Please read carefully. Breaking these rules may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or an immediate kick/ban depending on severity.
1.
NO DUAL / MULTI ACCOUNTS
Do not use more than one account to evade limits, bans, or to manipulate events/bots.
Penalty: immediate kick and investigation; repeat offenders banned.
2.
WILL BE RESETTING BALANCE / BANK / CARDS
Attempts to USE duplicate ACCOUNT, or manipulate balances, banks, inventories, or card files are forbidden.
Penalty: instant kick + rollback (where possible) + permanent ban if malicious.
3.
NO INSTANT KICK EXPLOITS
Do not attempt to trigger or script actions that force mass kicks or crashes.
Penalty: instant kick and permanent ban.
4.
NO HACKING / EXPLOITS
No hacking, probing, exploiting bot code, APIs, or server vulnerabilities. Report bugs privately to staff—do not exploit them.
Penalty: immediate ban and possible reporting.
5.
NO INSULTS / RACISM / DISCRIMINATION
Harassment, slurs, hate speech, or targeting protected classes is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: warn → mute → temp ban → perm ban.
6.
NO SPAM / FLOODING
Do not spam messages, commands, or repeated content to disrupt channels or bots.
Penalty: delete messages + warn → mute → kick.
7.
NO DOXXING / SHARING PRIVATE INFO
Do not share personal data (phone numbers, addresses, private images) of others without consent.
Penalty: immediate ban.
8.
NO SEXUAL / NSFW CONTENT IN PUBLIC CHANNELS
Keep explicit content out of public channels. Use designated NSFW spaces only if allowed and age-gated.
Penalty: content removal + warn → temp ban.
9.
NO PROMOTING ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No discussion or instruction on illegal acts (cracking, fraud, drug manufacture, etc.).
Penalty: immediate ban and report if required.
10.
NO IMPERSONATION
Do not impersonate staff, bots, or other members. Fake admin/bot claims are forbidden.
Penalty: warn → kick → ban.
11.
RESPECT ADMINS & MODERATORS
Follow directions from staff. Publicly disputing staff decisions must be done respectfully and, if needed, via appeals.
Penalty: escalate per misconduct.
12.
DO NOT ABUSE BOT COMMANDS
Use commands responsibly. Repeatedly spamming or abusing commands (rate-limit evasion, loops) will be restricted.
Penalty: command cooldown / role restriction / temp ban.
13.
NO EVADING BANS
Creating new accounts or using others to bypass bans is prohibited.
Penalty: immediate ban on all associated accounts.
14.
NO MALICIOUS FILES / LINKS
Do not share malware, phishing links, or malicious attachments.
Penalty: immediate ban and reporting.
15.
KEEP CHANNELS ON-TOPIC
Use appropriate channels for their purpose. Off-topic posts belong in general or designated channels.
Penalty: content moved/removed + warn.
16.
NO SELLING / SCAMMING
Do not scam, sell balance/currency/cards for real money unless approved by staff.
Penalty: ban + seize assets.
17.
REPORT BUGS PRIVATELY
If you find a bug, report it to staff privately with reproduction steps. Do not publicize exploits. Good-faith reports may be rewarded; exploits will be punished.
18.
APPEALS & DISPUTES
If you feel punished unfairly, open an appeal politely in #appeals or DM staff as instructed. Abusive appeals will be dismissed.
19.
AGE & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Follow platform age rules and local laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws.
20.
NO POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS PUSHING (AS REQUIRED)
Avoid aggressive political or religious campaigning; be respectful if discussing these topics.
21.
NO UNSOLICITED ADVERTISING
Ask for staff permission before advertising servers, services, or communities.
22.
PRIVACY OF BOT DATA
Do not request or attempt to access server/bot logs, tokens, or private configuration files.
Penalty: escalate per misconduct.
23.
FOLLOW RATE LIMITS
Respect command rate limits. Repeated breach will cause command bans for your account.
24.
DO NOT GIVE THE BOT SENSITIVE DATA
Never send passwords, 2FA codes, or private keys into bot commands or DMs with the bot.
25.
BEHAVE IN DMs
Harassment in DMs reported to staff is actionable. Respect other members' boundaries.
26.
NO VOTEBRIGADING / MANIPULATION
Do not coordinate mass reports, votes, or actions to manipulate staff decisions or systems.
Penalty: escalate per misconduct.
27.
USE COMMON SENSE
If an action feels shady or could harm others or the bot, don't do it. When in doubt, ask staff.
ENFORCEMENT LADDER (typical)
- Minor infractions → **warning** → temp mute/command limitation.
- Repeated/minor-but-persistent → **temp ban** (24–72 hours).
- Major infractions (hacking, doxxing, scamming, racial abuse, exploit use) → **immediate ban**.
- Evasion or re-offense → **permanent ban** across related accounts.
HOW TO REPORT
- DM staff with: **username, user ID, time, channel, and screenshots or logs**.
- For exploits: **include reproduction steps privately**.
